  • What happens to my existing credentials? 

    Your existing username will be migrated, but you’ll need to reset your password.

  • Will my TalentLMS courses automatically appear in Thinkific? 

    Courses will automatically migrate.    

  • How do I enroll in new courses? 

    Use the Thinkific Dashboard to browse or access assigned courses. Click ‘Enroll’ to start.  

  • Can I track my learning progress? 

    Yes. Thinkific automatically tracks course progress and quiz completion on your Dashboard.  

  • Will Thinkific retain any historical data? 

    Thinkific will track new course enrollments, completions, and certificates after October 31st. Historical data from TalentLMS will be imported.  

  • Will Thinkific change how course content is delivered? 

    The content itself remains the same, but Thinkific offers improved navigation and better tracking progress and completions.  

  • What is the duration of access for the purchased courses?

    You have 1 year of duration of access for the courses you have purchased to complete them.

  • Who do I contact if something is missing?
